We recently hired Free and Easy Travel to plan and book a, somewhat last minute, custom trip to Indonesia for our ourselves and our 9yo son. We’re at a stage where work and commitments mean we are strapped for the time to meticulously plan out and book a trip, but we also have no interest in the typical all-inclusive cattle car. I still have fond memories of a trip through F&E a decade ago so we reached out to them in search of a custom trip that checked all the boxes for us.

Before I could even read the email, Andreas had messaged that he was researching alternative flights, got us re-booked then walked me through checking in so I didn’t mess up his hard work since our itinerary was now split between airlines. It was such a relief to know that we weren’t alone on the other side of the world, particularly with our son in tow.
