We design custom trips because we believe the best travel experiences don't come from a catalogue. But a custom itinerary is a different kind of trip — and it's worth understanding what it means before you decide.
The Investment
The honest answer: it depends on where you're going, how long, and how you like to travel. What we can tell you is what's included — the design work, the logistics, the relationships with properties and operators most travellers can't access directly, and someone in your corner for the entirety of your trip. We're open about what that costs from the very first conversation. What our clients tell us, without exception, is that the experience far exceeds the investment.
Destination (Southeast Asia costs less than Europe), accommodation level, number of people, time of year, and how many private vs shared experiences you want. We're transparent about all of it from the first conversation.
All accommodation, in-country transport, transfers, and experiences we recommend. Our planning fee is built into the overall cost — there's no separate charge for the design and logistics work we do.
We offer flexible payment plans so you can secure your trip without paying everything upfront. Just ask when you reach out and we'll explain the options.
