Custom Family Trips
Not a resort package. Not a group tour. A family holiday built entirely around your family — your kids' ages, your pace, the experiences you want them to carry for the rest of their lives.
A Different Kind of Family Holiday
We start by understanding your family — not what category you fit into. How old are the kids? What gets them genuinely excited? How do you like to travel as a family — fast or slow, structured or spontaneous, beaches or cities? The answers shape everything.
What we design isn't a trip with your family name added to a template. It's an itinerary built around who your family actually is — the right destinations, the right pace, the right mix of experiences that keep everyone engaged without exhausting anyone.
We've been designing custom trips for 25 years. Family trips are some of the most rewarding we plan — and some of the ones we hear about most when people get home.

Our Approach
Family Destinations
Different destinations work for different families. Here's our honest take on what each of these places offers — and the kind of family it's best suited for.
Vietnam rewards families who want their kids to come home genuinely changed. The street food adventure of Ho Chi Minh City, the lantern-lit streets of Hội An, two nights on a junk boat on Ha Long Bay — these are experiences that stick. Best for families with children aged 8 and up who are ready to engage with a culture very different from home.
Greece →Best for: all ages · island beaches · calm waters · great foodGreece is one of the most consistently excellent family destinations in the world. The Aegean is calm and warm, the beaches are safe and accessible, the food is varied enough for even fussy eaters, and the culture is genuinely warm towards children. We design Greece family trips that go beyond the obvious to find the island combination that fits your family.
Bali →Best for: all ages · private villas · rice terraces · temple cultureBali has some of the world's most family-friendly boutique properties — private villas with pools that give families genuine space to spread out. The culture is fascinating for children of all ages, the food is accessible, and the combination of Ubud's highlands and the Gilis' beaches gives a natural two-part structure that keeps everyone engaged.
Japan →Best for: teenagers · bullet trains · digital art · extraordinary foodJapan is one of the most surprising family destinations in the world — and particularly extraordinary for teenagers. The bullet trains, the TeamLab Planets digital art museum, the robot restaurants, the arcades of Akihabara. Japan also delivers for parents — the food culture, the temples, the absolute safety and precision of everything. A family trip here tends to be a favourite for years.
Thailand →Best for: all ages · beaches · elephants · simple food kids loveThailand combines the things families need — accessible beaches, great swimming, food that kids actually eat, and experiences that genuinely excite them. An ethical elephant sanctuary is one of those rare experiences that lands for every age. The islands offer brilliant beach time, and Bangkok gives a day or two of city energy before heading south.
Portugal →Best for: all ages · Algarve beaches · Lisbon · easy travelPortugal is one of Europe's most underrated family destinations. The Algarve's golden cliff beaches are some of the best in Europe, Lisbon is compact and walkable, the food is universally accessible, and the country is extraordinarily safe and easy to navigate with children. Great value compared to France or Italy for a similar quality of experience.
Peru →Best for: families with older kids · Machu Picchu · adventureMachu Picchu is one of those genuinely life-changing experiences for a teenager — the kind of place that puts a different scale on the world. We design Peru family trips for families with children aged 10 and up, combining the history and culture of Cusco with the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, and Lima's extraordinary food scene for the adults.
Costa Rica →Best for: all ages · wildlife · zip-lining · volcanoes · beachesCosta Rica might be the single best family adventure destination in the world. Zip-lining through cloud forest, spotting sloths and toucans, watching a volcano at sunset, surfing lessons on the Pacific coast — the activities are genuinely exciting for children of every age. Safe, English-friendly, and packed with natural wonder that no amount of screen time can replicate.
A Few Family Trip Ideas
Every family trip we design is built from scratch. These sketches give you a sense of the shape, the pace, and the kind of experience we might build.
Ho Chi Minh City for two days of the city's energy and the War Remnants Museum (powerful for older children), Hội An for three nights of street food, lanterns, and the best cooking class in Vietnam, Ha Long Bay on a junk boat for two nights, and Hanoi for the final stretch. A trip most families describe as the one their kids talk about most.
See Vietnam Custom Trips →Two days in Athens for the Acropolis and a sense of the history, then the ferry south to a family-friendly island — Naxos or Paros for younger children, Santorini and a quieter island for older ones. A week of beaches, taverna dinners, and the kind of unhurried pace that families rarely find on a package holiday.
See Greece Custom Trips →Arenal volcano for two nights — the hot springs, the hanging bridges through cloud forest, the zip-line. Monteverde for the cloud forest and wildlife. Then down to the Pacific coast for three nights of beach, surf lessons, and spotting monkeys in the trees above the pool. One of the most consistently loved family trips we design.

We have used their services on 4 different vacations. I would have to rate all of the trips 10/10 or higher. The planning is great, they take their time to gain an understanding of what we wanted. Even when there are unforeseen travel glitches — delayed flights, ferries — they are always on it before we even realise an issue. Highly recommend.
Every single detail was taken care of, which made travelling feel effortless and stress-free. From accommodations to activities, everything was well thought out and perfectly suited to what I was looking for. That level of attention and care made a huge difference.
