Reno and Sara Jade met on the mat, both teachers at the same studio - paths crossing at exactly the right time. Practicing in the same lineage, they began to share their love of yoga & music and have never looked back. Having different strengths makes them a great team - constantly practicing, learning and growing together to support the living tradition of yoga and support students on the path.
Both of them love to travel and worship the sun. Bringing One Love Yoga to Haad Yuan in Thailand is a dream come to fruition. Reno and SJ's reverence for nature and simple living is one of the reasons they chose this very special location to host a One Love Yoga retreat. One Love Yoga brings the spiritual practice of yoga Asana together with music consciously selected to inspire Oneness. The positive intention of Free and Easy trips combined with One Love Yoga is sure to be an unforgettable uplifting experience.
