No matter which payment method you choose to use, please be sure to send an email to with your name, the date, amount and method of your payment so that we can confirm it for you.

Refund Policy for your ski trip payments:
- The 100$ deposit is non-refundable.
- Payment 2 is 50% refundable if you cancel with written notice by February 1st/2012.
- After February 1st there are no refunds.

There are no refunds available for merchandise.

I) Mailing a Cheque or Money Order

After we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation email.

If you would prefer to save yourself the concern about making the payments on the proper dates, you could send us post-dated cheques for all of the payments on their proper dates.  We would then make the deposit on the date that you had written on the cheque.

II) Make a payment using EMT (email money transfers)

You must have on-line banking to make this type of transfer.  We have provided step by step instructions to walk you through this payment method.  For more info on these transfers, visit the following link:  http://www.rbcroyalbank.com/emailmoney/

Simple Instructions for making ‘EMTs’:

  • Log on to your on-line banking account.
  • Click on the link that allows you to ‘Transfer Funds’
  • Specify the amount of the transfer.  (Maximum $1000/day)
  • Choose to make an: ‘InteracTM Email Money Transfer’.
  • Provide the name and e-mail address of the recipient: Name: Free & Easy E-mail address: frolic@freeandeasy.ca
  • You must create a security question that only we will be able to answer.  To ensure that only we know the answer to this question, you can send us a separate email with the answer to this question. (Or, we can just assume that the answer to the question is ‘Thailand’, regardless of what question you ask.)
  • Submit your transfer, and an e-mail notification will be sent to us.
  • After we receive the email and answer the security question, the money will be transferred to our account.  Confirmation is sent to you immediately.

    III) Make a Payment with your credit card using PayPal

    Please note that PayPal limits the amounts we are able to list. If you do not see the amount you would like to pay below, send us an email with the amount you would like to pay and we will send you a PayPal invoice. NOTE: PayPal Fees of 3% are included in the below amounts.
