San Juan del Sur
This little town is located in a beautiful bay looking out onto the Pacific. It’s main industry has always been fishing but recently tourism is starting to make itself seen in this chill little town. The biggest draw to the area are the beaches and the surfing. Only a few kilometers from Costa Rica, this area enjoys some amazing unspoiled, quiet beaches. It’s also a perfect place for surfers of all abilities. The beach break means that you can fall off your board and not worry about smoking your head on some coral.
San Juan del Sur also has loads of great options for eating and drinking. It's a surftown with a really fun vibe that everyone always gets caught up in.
