Manila

The trip will start in Manila with approximately 2 days in total. Manila is a massive city, but the area where the group stays makes it feel simple because so much is located within walking distance. Your group will be staying at a cool, laidback ‘backpacker’s’ hostel that has a huge lounging area with internet, kitchen, and an open air patio that is great for meeting other travelers. At the beginning of the trip we’ll go visit the famous 16th century Spanish cathedral, and have time to settle in to all the wonders of travel in the Philippines.  

Filipinos’ most definitely love their nightlife, live music, and dancing, and there are many night spots all within a 10 minute walk of our hostel. There is also a massive modern shopping complex just down the street, which is super convenient for picking up supplies at the beginning of the trip. At the end of the trip we’ll also check out an all-in-one shopping complex that has cheap clothes, carvings, dvd’s and tons more. We’ll also have a final night to conclude our epic adventure together before we say our farewells.
